Ben Penrod is the president of Nerd Street USA, the event management company behind Des Moines Con, Twin Cities Con and about half a dozen other fan conventions all over the United States. An exhibitor himself, Penrod has worked San Diego Comic-Con International selling comic books for more than a decade.
